Within the Mobile Vaccination Service our team give COVID-19 vaccinations at home/place of stay of a patient who, for health reasons, cannot come to an on-site centre on his/her own.

The eligibility for mobile vaccination service is determined for people over 16 based on:

- medical documentation about the patient’s health or
- telephone consultation or
- history taking with the patient’s carer

The procedure of mobile vaccination service is similar to giving a vaccination in an on-site centre. An EMS team observe the patient for an adverse reaction to vaccination at least for 15 minutes after administering the vaccine. If there are such reactions, the EMS team are prepared to help patients at home.
